PRAYER FOR ILLUMINATION
Lord, we gather here this morning with lives that are filled with activity and movement. Relax our spirits and refresh our souls. Remind us that there will always be things to do and places to go, but that we need the rest of spirit that you provide. Amen.
Psalm 145:10-18
145:10 All your works shall give thanks to you, O LORD, and all your faithful shall bless you.
145:11 They shall speak of the glory of your kingdom, and tell of your power,
145:12 to make known to all people your mighty deeds, and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.
145:13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures throughout all generations. The LORD is faithful in all his words, and gracious in all his deeds.
145:14 The LORD upholds all who are falling, and raises up all who are bowed down.
145:15 The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food in due season.
145:16 You open your hand, satisfying the desire of every living thing.
145:17 The LORD is just in all his ways, and kind in all his doings.
145:18 The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.

ABUNDANT HEALTH
Unnaturally Made
My child, hold on to wisdom and good sense. Don’t let them out of your sight. Proverbs 3:21 (NCV)
Do something great for your health this week. Avoid factory-made science projects with weird and strange molecules that haven’t been made by God in nature. Many common food additives cause everything from uncontrollable hunger and binge eating (blame MSG), to headaches, allergies, and damage to your gut. How do you avoid them? Start reading the ingredient lists on food labels. Check a label for less than five ingredients or for only ingredients that you recognize as real food. If you can’t pronounce it or don’t know what it is, stay away.
