PRAYER FOR ILLUMINATION
Risen Savior, you have called us, and we walk on with you. Open our eyes and our hearts to hear the witness of your people, and follow where you lead. Jesus, you conquered the grave, and we are singing for your glory. Author of Salvation, speak now through these scriptures, that we may be the compassion and love for others that you are for us. Amen.
Psalm 133
133:1 How very good and pleasant it is when kindred live together in unity!
133:2 It is like the precious oil on the head, running down upon the beard, on the beard of Aaron, running down over the collar of his robes.
133:3 It is like the dew of Hermon, which falls on the mountains of Zion. For there the LORD ordained his blessing, life forevermore.

ABUNDANT HEALTH
Get Together
Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of a friend springs from their heartfelt advice. Proverbs 27:9 (NIV)
Did you know that when individuals exercise together they release more “happy hormones” (endorphins) than when they work out alone? Working out with a friend can actually make exercise more effective and less difficult. Plus, friends can take your mind off feelings of pain or discomfort and help the time fly by.
